5 lbs beef roast (either chuck or rump)
1 onion , peeled and sliced
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon peppercorns
salt and pepper, to taste
vinegar
water

Crab Stuffed New York Steak

INGREDIENTS

4New York strip steaks, cut 1 inch thick
1/2 cup crabmeat
3 tablespoons fresh breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped
