INGREDIENTS

1 (6ounce)container low-fat strawberry yogurt
1 cup thawed cool whip strawberry whipped topping
1 medium banana , sliced
2 cups crushed ice

DIRECTIONS

PLACE all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed 30 sec. or until well blended.

POUR evenly into 4 glasses. Serve immediately.

Crispy Yogurt Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1 (2 1/2lb) broiler-fryer chickens , cut in pieces
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 teaspoon basil

DIRECTIONS

Wash and dry chicken pieces. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine paprika, basil and garlic salt; sprinkle over chicken pieces.
In a small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup yogurt and soy sauce until smooth. Brush chicken pieces with yogurt mixture.
Bake uncovered at 400° F for 20 minutes. [...]

No Sugar Very Berry Frozen Yogurt

INGREDIENTS

10 ounces frozen mixed berries
2 cups non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup Splenda granular

DIRECTIONS

Thaw frozen berries and blend into puree.

Mix yogurt, milk and splenda together.

Mix in puree.

Pour into ice-cream machine and chill for 30 minutes.
