INGREDIENTS

6 large sea scallops , cut into quarters
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
48 slices water chestnuts
24 slices pickled ginger
12 slices bacon , thickly sliced and cut in half

INGREDIENTS

8 large boston lettuce leaves
4 halibut fillets
3/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup half-and-half
3 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoon butter
1 cucumber , peeled, seeded, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Coat a large, shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
