2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice (concentrate)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Mom’s Teriyaki Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 lbs chicken drummettes
4 tablespoons butter

For the marinade, combine first 5 ingredients together in a marinating dish or large plastic bag and mix well.

Smothered Turkey Wings

INGREDIENTS

6turkey wings (whole or drummettes)
3 medium carrots , cut up
3 stalks celery , cut up
1 medium onion , cut up
3 bay leaves
3 garlic cloves
2 (7/8ounce)packets turkey gravy mix (powdered)
1/2 cup water

DIRECTIONS

Triscuit Wings

INGREDIENTS

4 ounces butter
2 ounces Frank’s red hot sauce
24Triscuit crackers

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 300°F.
Melt butter in the microwave.
Blend with Red-hot sauce.
Toss crackers in sauce until lightly coated.
Toast in oven for about 5 minutes, do not burn.
Let cool slightly and enjoy.
