French Toast for Two

INGREDIENTS

4 slices whole wheat bread
2egg whites
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
oil (for frying)

DIRECTIONS

Beat the egg whites with the milk and sugar.

Heat a frying pan and grease lightly with oil.

dip both sides of the toasts in batter and fry on both sides.

My Two Cheese Torte

INGREDIENTS
CRUST
2/3 lb graham crackers (Crushed)
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon , Ground
6 tablespoons margarine (Melted)
FILLING
4 large eggs , Large
1 cup sugar
1 lb ricotta cheese
2 (8ounce)packages cream cheese
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons flour

DIRECTIONS

Crust: mix all crust ingredients and line the bottom and sides of a spring form pan, saving 1 cup mixture for topping.

Two-Tone Baked Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

6 medium russet potatoes
6 medium sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup sour cream , divided
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup cheddar cheese , shredded
4 tablespoons dried chives , divided
1 1/2 teaspoons salt , divided
