INGREDIENTS

1 (18ounce)package regular Oreo cookies (can use mint)
1 (8ounce)package cream cheese
1 (24ounce)package white almond bark (1 lb 8 oz)

DIRECTIONS

Crush the oreos really well and mix with cream cheese (can use blender or mixer.).
Roll into walnut size balls.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
Melt the almond bark in microwave.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup hazelnuts
3 1/2 ounces good bittersweet chocolate
3 1/2 ounces good semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 tablespoons hazelnut-flavored liqueur (recommended — Frangelico)
1 tablespoon brewed coffee
1/2 teaspoon good vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Chop the hazelnuts and place them on a sheet pan. Roast them in the oven for 10 minutes. (If the hazelnuts have skin on them, roast them for 25 minutes.) Set aside to cool.

INGREDIENTS

50 g margarine (or butter)
2 teaspoons cocoa
100 g icing sugar
100 g chocolate , strands
FLAVOURINGS (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
50 g of chopped nuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Melt the margarine/butter in a saucepan.
Pour into a bowl and add cocoa and flavourings(flavourings optional).
Sieve icing sugar in with the mixture and stir until all of it is mixed in well.
