INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons Equal sugar substitute
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 garlic clove , minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 (14 1/2ounce)can green beans , drained
1 (15ounce)can garbanzo beans , rinsed and drained
1 (15ounce)can kidney beans , rinsed and drained
4-6 green onions , sliced

DIRECTIONS

Combine vinegar, equal, olive oil and seasonings, mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.

INGREDIENTS

8 cups water
1/3 cup dried black beans , rinsed and soaked overnight
1/3 cup dried red kidney beans , rinsed and soaked overnight
1 1/2 cups string beans , topped, tailed, and cut in 1inch lengths on the diagonal
4 slices smoked bacon , cut into small strips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons dijon-style mustard

INGREDIENTS

4 large croissants, split into top and bottom halves
2 cups grated swiss cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated monterey jack cheese or mozzarella cheese
5 large eggs
1 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

INGREDIENTS

1 (15ounce)can cut green beans, drained
1 (15ounce)can red kidney beans , drained
1 (15ounce)can chickpeas , drained
1 cup onions , chopped
3/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing

1/4 cup dolce latte gorgonzola , cut into chunks
