INGREDIENTS

2/3 ounce Midori melon liqueur
1/2 ounce Malibu rum
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
1/4 ounce blue curacao
1/4 ounce raspberry cordial
2 cherries
cracked ice

4 lbs boneless beef roast
shortening
1 (10 3/4ounce)can campbell’s tomato soup
1 cup chopped onions
1 large garlic clove , chopped

DIRECTIONS

In large heavy pan, brown pt roast in shortening.

Pour off fat.

Stir in tomato soup, onion, & garlic.

Cover & simmer 3 hours or until tender.
