5 yellow tomatoes , peeled and chopped
1/3 cup sweet onions , chopped
1/3 cup red bell peppers , chopped
1-2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 cup gorgonzola , crumbled
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
6 slices thick Italian bread, toasted
salt and pepper, to taste
