INGREDIENTS

2 lbs ground beef
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1chopped garlic clove
1/2 cup chopped onions
4 slices bacon (or one slice per burger)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
4 slices cheddar cheese (cut into small chunks)

DIRECTIONS

Cook bacon in large pan until crispy.
Remove bacon and crumble into lil bits. Set aside in bowl. Reserve the grease for the burgers.
In a large bowl combine hamburger, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion.

BLT Bites (Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes)

INGREDIENTS

20 cherry tomatoes
1 lb bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped green onions
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (snipped or dried)

DIRECTIONS

Cut a thin slice off of each tomato top.
Scoop out the insides and drain upside-down on a paper towel.
In a small bowl combine all other ingredients.
Spoon the mixture into the tomatoes.

2 cups instant rice (uncooked)

INGREDIENTS

2 medium potatoes
1/4 cup onions , chopped
1/3 cup mushrooms or baby corn, finely chopped
1-2 green chilies , chopped
1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot
1 tablespoon green peas , boiled
2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon butter
2 slices cheese
