Gramma G’s Blue Cheese Spread

INGREDIENTS

8 ounces cream cheese , softened
4 ounces blue cheese , crumbled
1-2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 dash worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

It is easier to blend if the cheeses area at room temperature.
Mix all together, by hand or with hand mixer, until smooth or desired consistency. It will be very thick.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Italian Tofu Spread

INGREDIENTS

1 lb firm tofu
14 1/2 ounces Italian-style stewed tomatoes
6 ounces tomato paste
2 tablespoons graded parmesan cheese (Optional for a vegan dish)
roasted garlic and red pepper spice mix (Add to taste, I use about 1 Tbsp)

Pam’s Garlic Garlic Dip and Spread

INGREDIENTS

4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream with chives
1/2 cup chopped onions
5 large cloves chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well with mixer or spatula.
Refrigerate.

Use on crackers or as a vegetable dip.

Cheese Spread

INGREDIENTS

2 (8ounce)packages cream cheese , softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 1/2 ounces deviled ham
2 teaspoons grated onions

DIRECTIONS

Mix cream cheese and cheddar at medium speed until well blended.

Add ham and onion and mix well.

Chill.Can roll into a cheeseball if you prefer.
