INGREDIENTS

1 head romaine lettuce , chopped
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
1 garlic clove , minced
1/2lemon, juice of
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash fresh ground pepper

DIRECTIONS

Combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
Pour over chopped romaine lettuce, and mix well.
Grind a bit of freshly ground pepper on top, and enjoy!

9 graham cracker squares
1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F
Arrange graham crackers in a single layer in an 8 or 9 inch square baking pan.
Heat butter and brown sugar to boiling. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir until smooth.
