INGREDIENTS

10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup (low fat and or or low sodium)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 medium potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese (nonfat or reduced fat and shredded)

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, mix soup, pepper, and paprika.
Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
Grease a 2 quart oblong baking dish.
Arrange potatoes in overlapping rows in the baking dish.

Easy Butter Roasted Potato Slices

INGREDIENTS

10 medium gold potatoes , peeled
1/2 cup butter , cold
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
salt , to taste
pepper , to taste (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.

INGREDIENTS

3 large cucumbers , unpeeled
4 1/2 teaspoons salt
3-4 garlic cloves , sliced
4dried hot red chili peppers, chopped
1/3 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup rice vinegar or white vinegar
