INGREDIENTS
9 graham cracker squares
1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts or pecans
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F
Arrange graham crackers in a single layer in an 8 or 9 inch square baking pan.
Heat butter and brown sugar to boiling. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir until smooth.

INGREDIENTS
45 ml apple Schnapps
45 ml butterscotch schnapps
45 ml goldschlageror cinnamon schnapps
150 ml apple juice
DIRECTIONS
Pour apple juice into a cocktail shaker. Add Goldschlager, apple schnapps and butterscotch schnapps.
Shake and strain into a large cocktail glass.
Garnish with an apple slice or cinnamon stick, and serve.
