INGREDIENTS

2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
5-6 cups flour (more if needed when rolling out dough)

DIRECTIONS

.mix all ingredients roll out cut, sprinkle with surgar bake at 400 for approx 8 minutes do not brown.
