Pink Rose Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 ounce gin

1 teaspoon grenadine

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon cream

1 egg white

3 or 4 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass.Serves 1.
If there is a problem with eggs in your region, do not prepare this recipe.

Paraiso Rose (Lychee Liquor Cocktail)

INGREDIENTS

30 ml soho lychee liqueur
30 ml gin
60 ml ruby red grapefruit juice
fresh lime juice

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain.
Serve in Martini glass.

Rose Water Marinated Strawberries

INGREDIENTS

5 cups quartered strawberries
3 tablespoons rose water
sugar

DIRECTIONS

Stir the sugar into the rose water till completely dissolved.
Toss the quartered strawberries with the rose water mixture.
Refrigerate, covered for at least 3 hours, but not more than 6 hours. Gently stir from time to time.
Bring to room temperature before serving.

Über-Hip Rose Hip Mask

INGREDIENTS

8-10dried rose hips
1/4 cup distilled water

DIRECTIONS

Pour water over the rose hips and let soak several hours or overnight.

Put into a blender and blend until a smooth paste is formed.

Spread over your face and neck and leave on for about 10 minutes.

Rinse with cool water and pat dry.

If desired, use some rose water afterwards as an astringent.

Rose Flower Hot White Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces white chocolate
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 tablespoons heavy cream
3/8 teaspoon rose flower water
rose petals (organically grown, no pesticides)

DIRECTIONS

Finely chop white chocolate and place it in the top of a double boiler set over a pan of simmering water.

When the white chocolate is almost melted, remove it form the heat and set aside.
