2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley , chopped

Melt butter in heavy small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
Combine ricotta, cream,parsley and butter mixture in a large bowl.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.

1 tablespoon lemon peel (grated)

1 (18 1/2ounce)package yellow cake mix with pudding (I use Duncan Hines classic yellow, but a lemon cake would work as well)
