2 slices fresh lemon or limes or oranges
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 whole cloves
1 teaspoon baking soda
DIRECTIONS

Heat on 100% power 1-2 minutes or until water boils.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup pineapple-orange-banana juice
1/3 cup of sliced bananas
6 blueberries (fresh or frozen)
DIRECTIONS
Stir it all together. Freeze overnight in a container or in a paper cup. It will be ready to go by morning. As you let it defrost, you’ll have a refreshing slushy. Or, if you use a paper cup, you can eat it like a frozen push-pop.
