Combine all of the ingredients into a medium sized saucepan and over medium heat, bring to a boil.
Continue to boil until the mixture thickens and reduces to about 1/2 cup, about 30 minutes.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer and let cool.
Use at room temperature.
