Healthy Homemade Ranch Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons mayonnaise (real is best)
1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh is best)
1 tablespoon chives , chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs ground beef
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
