1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar , plus
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
salt
1 teaspoon seasoning salt , such as Lawry’s
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 head red cabbage , very thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, seasoned salt, pepper and onion powder in a bowl. Pour over cabbage; chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.

1 (3ounce)package grape Jell-O
1 cup boiled water
1 cup grape-flavored cordial
DIRECTIONS
Add jellow to boiled water and stir — Add grape pucker and mix well — put into little plastic containers and refrigerate.
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup blackberries
1/3 cup black currants
1 banana
5 tablespoons natural plain yogurt
6 tablespoons apple juice
DIRECTIONS
Combine in a blender on preferred setting until mixed well and smooth.
***If making frozen treats, mix in some whole berries, to your liking and let them set to the bottom of the mold.
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces lime juice
1/2 ounce blue curacao
1/2 ounce sloe gin
2 ounces prepared sweet-and-sour mix
1 ounce gold tequila
DIRECTIONS
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a salt rimmed margarita glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

1/2 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
