4 potatoes (ea 8 oz in size)
1 ounce butter
3 tablespoons milk
8 ounces corned beef (diced)
1 (7ounce)can corn (drained)
2 tablespoons chutney (more as desired)
4 ounces cheddar cheese (grated)
salt and pepper (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
Prick potato skins. Wrap ea potato in kitchen paper & cook on HIGH for 10 minutes. Turn the potatoes over & cook for 7 more minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb pinto beans
3 quarts water
1/2 lb salt pork , cut up
1 medium onion , chopped
1 minced garlic clove
6 ounces tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
DIRECTIONS
Wash beans. Place beans in large pot cover with cold water and soak overnight.
When ready to cook bring beans to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
Stir in remaining ingredients cover and simmer 3 hours or till beans are tender.
Add more water if necessary.
