6 cups water , drinking
4 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup salt , not iodized
1/3 teaspoon red pepper flakes (Per Jar)

1/2 cup vinegar
3 cups boiling water

1 teaspoon crushed chilies
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 onion , chopped
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pickling spices
