INGREDIENTS

1 (16ounce)package stir-fry frozen bell peppers
1 (9ounce)package frozen beef orfresh fresh beef , strips
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6hoagie rolls
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 slices green bell peppers
1 small onion
2 tablespoons oil
2 slices American cheese (or any other types)
1/2Italian bread
1 teaspoon salt

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs medium size mushrooms
6 tablespoons margarine
1 (8ounce)package cream cheese , softened
1/2 cup natural blue cheese , crumbled
2 tablespoons onions , minced
