Spicy Pepper Penne

INGREDIENTS

1 (16ounce)package penne pasta
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary or
1/8 dried rosemary
2 (3 1/2ounce)packages pepperoni
1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
1 (7ounce)jar roasted sweet red peppers
3 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

In a large skillet, layer the pasta, minced rosemary, halved pepperoni, sliced pepperocinis and chopped red peppers.

Add water; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Add cream and parmesan cheese; toss to coat.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups dry penne pasta
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup quartered thinly sliced onions
1 medium green pepper , cut into thin bite-sized strips
3 ounces sliced turkey pepperonior turkey , canadian styled bacon cut up
1 1/2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 cups marina pasta sauce
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend

DIRECTIONS

Lightly coat a 2 quart rectangular baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain well, return to sauce pan.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb penne
2 heads broccoli
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
10 large garlic cloves , thinly sliced crosswise
fresh ground black pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
