INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter , softened
1 egg
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat butter in large mixing bowl till soft.
Add sugars gradually to butter, blending till creamy.
Beat in egg, peanut butter, salt, and baking soda, till well combined.
Add flour to the batter, mixing well, then vanilla.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

Stir all ingredients until well combined.

2/3 cup light corn syrup
6 ounces butterscotch chips

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Cream together the butter and brown sugar.

Add the flour and press into a buttered 9×13 baking pan.
