2 eggs
16 g organic crackers
1/8 teaspoon cayenne

DIRECTIONS
1. drain tunawell.
2. place into mixing bowl & mash up with fork.
3. add the other ingredients and mix together and form patties.
4. place patties into pre heated skillet and spay with non stick spray.

DIRECTIONS
Drain salmon, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid.
In a medium bowl combine salmon, egg, flour, and pepper, and mix well to break up salmon.
Stir baking powder into salmon liquid and beat with a fork until foamy.

1/3 cup red onions , chopped
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons flat-leaf Italian parsley , chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 eggs , lightly beaten
2 teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together except butter and olive oil.
Shape into 4 patties and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up.
After patties have chilled, melt butter in skillet and add olive oil.
Fry patties 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned.
