INGREDIENTS
3 dozen eggs
1 3/4-2 cups sugar
1/2 gallon milk , plus
1 quart milk
3 pints whipping cream
bourbon
nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Separate eggs.
Beat egg whites till almost stiff.
Gradually add 2 Celsius of sugar (or less), beating until stiff.
Beat egg yolks.
Add yolks to whites & mix.
Add milk to eggs & mix.
Add cream & mix.
Add bourbon to taste.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Can be topped with additional whipped cream if desired.
INGREDIENTS
15 ounces red salmon (1 can)
8 ounces cream cheese , softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons onions , grated
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 cup pecans , chopped
3 tablespoons parsley , minced
DIRECTIONS
Drain salmon, flake with a fork.
Add cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, and horseradish.
Mix well and chill several hours.
Shape into a log.
Combine pecans and parsley and mix well.
Roll log in pecan mixture and chill several hours.
Serve with crackers.

1/3 cup butter (at room temperature)
1 (3ounce)package cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 cup flour (sifted)
Filling
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 egg (slightly beaten)
3/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon butter (melted)
DIRECTIONS

Combine softened butter and cream cheese and cut-in flour for pastry.Knead dough slightly and shape into a ball.

INGREDIENTS
2 sheets edible gold leaf foil
300 ml stone’s green ginger wine
200 ml Frangelico
2 tablespoons brandy
lemon slices , and
ice cubes, to serve
750 ml sparkling water
DIRECTIONS
Place small pieces of gold leaf in ice cube trays, fill with water and freeze.
Stir alcohols together in a large jug. Add lemon and regular ice, then top up with mineral water.
Serve in glasses with a golden ice cube.

64 ounces Hawaiian Punch drink
24 ounces champagne, any varietyor sparkling apple cider
2 cups sherbet, any flavor (we used raspberry)
DIRECTIONS
Mix punch and champagne together.Or cider.
Add sherbert before serving, and let melt down just slightly.
