INGREDIENTS

1 head cabbage , large
1/2 lb bacon
1 large vidalia onions, sliced
6 tablespoons butter
salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS

Slice cabbage into six 2" thick slices.

Lay each slice on individual sheets of foil (approximately double the size of the cabbage slice).

4 sheets aluminum foil, wrap (12X18)
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chunky salsa
1 cup black beans or dark red kidney beans
1 cup frozen sweetcorn
