1/4 lb bacon
30 large oysters, shucked
6 slices toast
skewers (if using bamboo skewers, soak for an hour before using)

4 slices bacon
1 cup spinach , cooked
4 teaspoons parsley , minced
3 celery hearts
1scallion, green part only
1/2 teaspoon salt
