INGREDIENTS

1 (6ounce)can tuna , drained
2 tablespoons Best Foods Mayonnaise
creole seasoning, to taste
ground black pepper , to taste
1/4 cup white onions, diced
1 cup romaine lettuce , torn into bite size pieces (I usually use triple hearts)
1/2 cup mixed sprouts (I like radish best)
1/2 cup purple cabbage , shredded
1/4 cup red bell peppers , diced
1/4 cup grape tomatoes (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Mix tuna with mayonnaise, spices and onion.

Saucy Beef over Rice

INGREDIENTS

1reynolds oven cooking bag, large size
2 tablespoons flour
1 (14 1/2ounce)can stewed tomatoes , undrained
1 (1ounce)envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lb beef sirloin steaks , cut in thin strips
2 cups hot cooked rice

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350*.

Shake flour in bag and place in 3-quart baking pan.

Add tomatoes, soup mix, water and pepper to bag.

Squeeze bag to blend in flour.

1 1/2-2 lbs boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes (or boneless breast)
2 medium onions , diced (smaller or larger are ok)

5 medium mushrooms (sliced thinly)
350 g duck (in small pieces)
1 garlic clove (chopped)
1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot (chopped)
