Garlicy Mustard Chicken - Nuwave/Flavorwave Ovens

INGREDIENTS

1 chicken breast
3 large lemons, juice of
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons garlic
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon rosemary

DIRECTIONS

Combine the above ingredients and marinate the chicken breast in it for 1-3 hours.
