INGREDIENTS

1 loaf Italian bread (like sourdough, round loaf)
1/2 cup butter , melted
10 ounces brie round (baby brie)
3 garlic cloves , chopped
1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/3 cup pine nuts , plus more for garnish
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Hollow out the bread round, reserving the top and insides.
Spread half the butter in the hollowed-out round.
