8 ounces white button mushrooms
1 garlic clove , crushed
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 tablespoons white wine
4 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped
DIRECTIONS
In a sauté pan add the mushrooms, garlic, onion and butter.
Stir and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, add white wine and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
Serve immediately.

1 lb medium size fresh mushrooms , cleaned
1/4 cup kraft zesty Italian dressing
1/2 cup Italian sausage , cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese

Preheat broiler.
Remove and discard stems from mushrooms. Brush mushroom caps with dressing and place on rack of broiler pan.
Broil 5 minutes.
Press sausage evenly into mushroom caps. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
