1 (1/2cup) butter or margarine , at room temp
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour or
2 1/2 cups freshly ground soft wheat flour or oat flour
1/2 cup buttermilk

INGREDIENTS

4thomas’ English muffins
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups Cheese Whiz

DIRECTIONS

Slice English Muffins in half.

Toast Muffin halves in your toaster or toaster oven.

Butter toasted muffin halves.

Blueberry Muffin Drink

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces Chambord raspberry liquor
2 ounces tequila rose strawberry cream liqueur
2 dashes milk

DIRECTIONS

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into glass.

INGREDIENTS

5 1/2-6 cups flour
2 (1/4ounce)packages active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups milk
1/2 cup water
cornmeal

DIRECTIONS

Combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and soda.

Heat liquid until very warm (120-130 degrees F).
