INGREDIENTS

24frozen yeast dinner roll dough (around 24, depending on size. I buy one pkg of cloverleaf rolls)
1 cup brown sugar
2 (3 1/2ounce)packages butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine

DIRECTIONS

Grease bundt or tube pan and fill around the stem with one layer of rolls.
Sprinkle with 1/2 brown sugar, pudding powder mix, cinnamon, and nuts.

Christmas Morning Biscuit Rolls

INGREDIENTS

2 (12ounce)cans buttermilk biscuits
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon orange rind
1 (6ounce)jar maraschino cherries , without stems

DIRECTIONS

Place cherries in the bottom of a greased bundt cake pan.

Melt butter in a small bowl in the microwave.

In a separate bowl, mix sugar and orange rind.

Roll biscuits in melted butter, then roll in sugar mix.

Set biscuits on edge around the bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Christmas Morning French Toast

INGREDIENTS

1 loaf unsliced bread
8 large eggs
4 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
2 teaspoons apple pie spice
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup dried cranberries
3 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter

DIRECTIONS

Grease a 13×19×2 pan. Cut bread into 1" slices. Arrange in one layer in pan.
Evenly sprinkle the dried cranberries over the bread layer.
