INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup cold water
1/3 cup oats (not instant)
2 tablespoons diet Swiss Miss cocoa (1 packet, 25 calories)
1/2 medium banana , mashed

1 large onion , finely chopped
4 garlic cloves , chopped and crushed
1 tablespoon fresh ginger , grated
3-4 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup chutney (fruity)
1/2 cup tomato puree
