Orange Molded Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 (6ounce)package orange Jell-O
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (20ounce)can crushed pineapple
1 (11ounce)can mandarin oranges
16 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS

Drain liquid from fruit and save.Add water to liquid to make 3 cups of liquid.
Heat 1 1/2 cups of liquid with Jello.When dissolved, pour into a 9 x 13 dish and add marshmallows.Stir 2-3 minutes and then add remainder of liquid.

Molded Lime-Pineapple Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 cup boiling water
1 (3ounce)package lime gelatin
1 (8 1/4ounce)can crushed pineapple , drained (reserve syrup)
lettuce
mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

Pour boiling ater on gelatin in bowl, stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add enough water to reserved pineapple syrup to measure 1 cup; stir into gelatin. Chill until thickened but not set.

Stir in pineapple.
Pour into 4 to 6 individual molds or one 4 cup mold.

Linda’s Molded Cheese Pineapple

INGREDIENTS
To Make Pineapple
1 1/2 lbs sharp cheddar cheese , grated
1/2 lb swiss cheese, grated
1 (8ounce)package cream cheese , softened
1/4 lb blue cheese , crumbled
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup butter or margarine , softened
