Easy Miso Soup With Tofu

INGREDIENTS

3 cups dashi stock
1 (8ounce)package tofu
3-4 tablespoons miso
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Put dashi soup stock in a pan and bring to a boil.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons miso
1/4 sheet nori , roasted according to package directions
2 tablespoons green onions , chopped

DIRECTIONS

Bring water to a boil. Puree the miso with 2 teaspoons cold water.
Reduce flame to low and add pureed miso.
Tear nori into small pieces and add to the soup. Simmer 2 minutes. Add scallions and serve.
