INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce (vegetarian)
2 tablespoons grated onions
4 ounces veggie crumbles (such as 1/3 of a package of Boca)
1imitation Italian sausage (such as Boca)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
2-3 eggs
salt
pepper
cooking oil
nonstick cooking spray

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place imitation hamburger and imitation sausage in a food processor and process until finely ground.
Remove "meat" to a bowl and combine with remaining ingredients.

1 (20ounce)package miniature meatballs
2 (10ounce)bottles sweet and sour sauce (I use Kikkoman)
1 green bell pepper
1 red onion
1 yellow bell pepper

Slice peppers and onion into long strips.

Small BBQ Meatballs on Rice

INGREDIENTS
Meatballs
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup condensed milkor half-and-half cream
1 small onion , finely chopped
salt and pepper
Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove , chopped (I use more cause I love garlic!)
2 teaspoons butter
2 drops Tabasco sauce (or more, to taste!)
