INGREDIENTS

5 large eggs (or 1 3/4 cups egg substitute)
1/2 cup milk
3 cups country-style hash browns , thawed
1/3 cup green onions , thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese , shredded and divided

INGREDIENTS

1 pint cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco(TM)
1 cup peppar vodka
2 tablespoons lemon pepper
2 tablespoons celery salt

DIRECTIONS

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup tomato juice
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
vodka (as desired)

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients in glass.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground veal
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup diced yellow onions

Spicy Citrus Bloody Mary

INGREDIENTS

2-3 cups ice
1 lemon , cut into wedges
1 lime , cut into wedges
1 tablespoon horseradish , drained
1jalapeno pepper, minced
1 pinch salt
2 cups vodka
3 cups tomato juice
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS

Muddle ice, lemon wedges, horseradish, jalapeno, and salt n the bottom of a pitcher.

Add vodka, tomato juice, and worchestershire and stir to combine.

Refridgerate immedately, or pour into glasses over ice and serve.
