INGREDIENTS

5 large eggs (or 1 3/4 cups egg substitute)
1/2 cup milk
3 cups country-style hash browns , thawed
1/3 cup green onions , thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese , shredded and divided
4 slices bacon , cooked crisp and crumbled (or 1/3 cup real bacon bits)

Lou’s Easy Delicious Custard

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla (real rather than imitation)

DIRECTIONS

Heat an oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl, slightly beat eggs.

Add sugar and mix sugar and eggs.

Slowly heat milk, constantly stirring to prevent scorching, until hot.

Pour hot milk slowly into egg and sugar mixture, stirring as you do.

Auntie Lou’s Sweet Potato Dessert

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts

DIRECTIONS

Combine first six ingredients then pour into pie dish.Combine four topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top.Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes.

2 (6ounce)cans tuna
90 g Miracle Whip
1 medium apple
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
3 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons sweet relish

DIRECTIONS

Chop apple, walnuts, & eggs.
Drain Tuna.
