Marinade for London Broil

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 garlic clove , minced
lemon pepper , to taste
cajun seasoning, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Combine all of the ingredients in a large ziploc or pan depending on how much meat. Marinade 8 or so hours, flipping the meat a couple of times.

Season with
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper
Gravy
2 tablespoons butter , not margarine please
1 shallot , finely chopped
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1/4 cup steak sauce, your favorite
