15 graham crackers
1/2 lb unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb stew meat, small diceorcoarse coarse lean ground beef
1 medium yellow onion , diced
2 cups celery , diced
1 cup carrots , diced
1 bunch scallions, diced
1 leek , diced and very well washed
1 head green cabbage , chopped, core and all

4 cups v- 8 vegetable juice, any flavoror tomato juice

1 (15ounce)can white beans , liquid and all

2 cups stockor broth
2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika (to taste)

1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon McCormick’s Montreal Brand steak seasoning

Linda’s Sun Dried Tomato Pasta Fresca

INGREDIENTS

3 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (not oil packed, chopped fine)
4 large eggs (you may need one additional yolk to get the pasta to the right consistency)

DIRECTIONS

Put flour and sun dried tomatoes into your food processor and whiz for about 30 seconds. Check the size of the tomatoes since they should be pulverized.Whiz another 30 seconds if you need to.

Linda’s Spinach Pasta Fresca

INGREDIENTS

1 cup frozen spinach , thawed and wrung dry and chopped very finely
4 cups unbleached flour
4 large eggs

DIRECTIONS

Whiz the spinach and flour together in the food processor.
Add the eggs and pulse a few times, scrape the bowl and process until the dough comes together.It should be dry but hold together when you squeeze some in your hand.
