4-5 lemon slices

3/4 cup pasturized egg yolks
1 1/2 cups pasteurized egg whites
1 cup sugar
3 lemons, zest of

1 (750liter)bottle Everclear alcohol
9 lemons
3 cups sugar

DIRECTIONS

In a glass container, NOT PLASTIC OR METAL,pour contents of the bottle of alcohol. Be sure to save empty bottle.
