2 cups cake flour or all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter , softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs , room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup milk

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 325°F Prepare two 8 inch round cake pans, or two 9×5 inch bread pans.
