2 tablespoons yoghurt
1 tablespoon sesame paste (Tahinah)
1 tablespoon thickened pomegranate juice (if available)
4 tablespoons fried pine nuts
DIRECTIONS
Mix well meat, tomatoes, onion and spices. Add yoghurt, sesame paste and pomegranate. Mix all with fried pine nuts. Add butter.

INGREDIENTS
4 heads garlic , cloves separated and peeled
1 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups olive oil
DIRECTIONS
In the container of a blender, combine the garlic cloves, lemon juice and salt. Blend at medium speed until smooth. Continue blending while pouring olive oil into the blender in a thin stream.
The mixture should become thick and white like salad dressing.
Store refrigerated in a glass container.
Serves 6 as an entrée.
