2 tablespoons hungry jack microwave ready regular syrup
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

DIRECTIONS

1 cup of jewel brand 99% fat free chicken broth
1 (14 1/2ounce)can of diced tomatoes with onion and garlic
2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2/3 cup milk
2 cups fresh fruitor frozen fruit
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
