INGREDIENTS

6 large baking potatoes
1 large onion , can use 2 medium
3 eggs , separated
4 tablespoons matzo meal , can substitute potato flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons vegetable oil, plus extra for greasing the panor chicken fat , plus extra
vegetable oilor chicken fat , for greasing the pan

Salt and Pepper Kugel

INGREDIENTS

5 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles
5 eggs , beaten
1 tablespoon schmaltzor margarine
salt (if using margarine, you may replace the salt with some powdered chicken soup to add more flavor)

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together.
Put in greased or Pam’d 13 inch square pan.

Yummy Broccoli Kugel

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs frozen broccoli
5 large eggs
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tablespoon onion soup mix
1/2 tablespoon chicken soup powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook broccoli in a pot of boiling water until soft enough to mash with a fork.

INGREDIENTS

3/4 lb wide egg noodles
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese (1/4 pound)
butter

DIRECTIONS

Cook noodles in boiling water 10 minutes.Drain.
