INGREDIENTS

1 cucumber
1 medium sized lemon
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder (optional for heat )

peel cucumber.

add into a storage container ( i use ziplock)
seed lemon squeezing all juices into storage container and as much pulp as desired ( microwave lemon 10 seconds and roll to extract all the juice)

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 pinch dried parsley

DIRECTIONS

Easy Red and White Pizza Sauce With a Kick

INGREDIENTS

1 cup pizza sauce (your favorite from a jar or can)
1 cup alfredo sauce (again, your favorite from a jar, bottle, mix, or you very own)
2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing

3 cups gruyere cheese , grated
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
